Sabre88’s responsibilities include collaborating with the Nuclear Regulatory Committees Freedom of Information Branch in the preparation and approval of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the NRC. The company is responsible for obtaining staff estimates in the search effort required and volume of material that is relevant to the query, assisting the NRC staff in locating and identifying the records pertinent to the request and reviewing records for potential withholdable material while ensuring the proper marking of records identified to be denied in whole or in part.
