Sabre88 staff will provide the NRC with help desk computer support by fielding customer requests seeking guidance in computer technical problems. They will field all customer queries and provide primary level IT service through the use of a database of previous calls and resolutions. In addition to providing information and administrative support, Sabre88’s responsibilities will also include collaborating with the NRC Freedom of Information Branch in the preparation and approval of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the NRC.
