SABRE88, LLC Awarded Second Nuclear Regulatory Commission Contract

Newark, New Jersey, September 28, 2012  Sabre88, a global consulting firm, has been awarded a contract to provide information resources and administrative support services with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The contract would be the firm’s second commitment to provide support for the NRC awarded within the past 2 weeks.

Sabre88 staff will provide the NRC with help desk computer support by fielding customer requests seeking guidance in computer technical problems. They will field all customer queries and provide primary level IT service through the use of a database of previous calls and resolutions. In addition to providing information and administrative support, Sabre88’s responsibilities will also include collaborating with the NRC Freedom of Information Branch in the preparation and approval of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for the NRC.

Just last week Sabre88 was awarded a contract with the NRC to provide auto attendant support, ADAMS scanning and profiling along with data entry for a number of enterprise databases. Sabre88 Wins Nuclear Regulatory Commission Award

Newark, New Jersey, September 21, 2012  Sabre88, LLC has been awarded a contract with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide auto attendant support, ADAMS scanning and profiling, and data entry for a number of enterprise databases.

Sabre88 will primarily be responsible for providing support to fully process into the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) all incoming documents received at the NRC Regional Document Processing Center (RDPC), as well as processing for NRC internally generated documents. Sabre88 will maintain primary processing of NRC generated documents, and the externally generated documents processed by RDPC to ensure a higher level of quality control and consistency in data entry and to maintain a higher level of integrity in the ADAMS database.

It will be Sabre88’s responsibility to remain technically competent with software and equipment used by the NRC. Sabre88 aspires to meet and exceed expectation in reference to the performance standards and maintain the higher quality level by keeping updated with related system and software required for completion of work. . Sabre88, LLC Facilitates NJIT Study Tour

Washington, D.C., May 16, 2012 – May 17, 2012 – Sabre88, LLC facilitated an annual Washington, D.C. Study Tour for students of New Jersey Institute of Technology Dorman Honors College.

The purpose of the Study Tour was to expose students to the federal policymaking process and help them explore a range of professional fields in both the executive and legislative branches of government.

The Honors College students visited the Department of Homeland Security, The Japan-US Friendship Commission(JUSFC), and Capitol Hill. Paige Cottingham-Streater, Executive Director of JUSFC, discussed building better relations between the United States and Japan. While Peter Edge, Deputy Associate Director for Homeland Security Investigations, discussed visas and securing United States borders. On Capitol Hill, the students met with Representatives Leonard Lance, Rush Holt and Gwen Moore, Senators Robert Menendez and Frank Lautenberg and the Energy Committee staff of Senator Lisa Murkowski. During their visits, the students gained insight on the career functions of the Representatives and Senators including how they got to Congress and learned more about their respective Committees in Energy and Commerce, Natural Resources, Education and the Workforce, Budget and Financial Services, Homeland Security, Government Affairs, and Armed Services. The students also were briefed by the Members personal staff where they were provided a picture of what their day to day lives consist of. Additionally, the students learned that there is a role their backgrounds play in both the executive branch as well as the legislative branch.

Sabre88, LLC Awarded U.S. Navy Contract

Newark, New Jersey, May 1, 2012  Sabre88, LLC was recently awarded a contract for program management services needed in support of NAVAIR Lakehurst communications. Among the worldwide operational and maintenance activities are aircrew systems, automated test equipment, avionics, communications and navigation.

Lakehurst is the Navy’s designated field activity for Common Support Equipment (CSE) and is responsible for the acquisition, distribution and life cycle support of all support equipment required for aircraft operations. This contract is to provide comprehensive program management and acquisition.

Sabre88, LLC will also provide project management and program logistics management assistance in support of daily operations and tasking. The Sabre88 personnel will attend and provide management support at team meetings, planning conferences, and procurement reviews. In addition, Sabre88, LLC will assist in the formulation of program and project budgets in support of the program. The primary place of performance will be on-site at NAVAIR Lakehurst, NJ.

Sabre88, LLC Awarded Contract with GSA Network Services Financial Services Center (NS FSC)

Orange, New Jersey, September 27, 2011  Sabre88 wins contract award with the Network Services Financial Services Center (NS FSC). Sabre88 shall be responsible for support activities necessary to assist and support GSA Network Services within the financial billing system used for contract/inventory management and customer billing. The contract is set to begin its period of performance October 1, 2011 with two option years. Sabre88 is proud of this achievement which was an 8(a) sole source contract award. CEO Robert Cottingham stated. Having received 8(a) certification in August of this year, Sabre88 is proud to demonstrate the capabilities of Small 8(a) businesses focused on customer service.

Under this contract Sabre88 is responsible for support activities necessary to assist and support GSA Network Services within the financial billing system used for contract/inventory management and customer billing. Sabre88 is providing accurate data entry into the Telecommunications Ordering and Pricing System (TOPS) with validation from government personnel and shall develop/work with data in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel. This includes financial data entry, data control, operations documentation, and monitoring and improving procedures.

Sabre88 will receive and review input and output data (billing documents, spreadsheets, faxes, email documents) which includes an analysis of system input data to determine applicability to customer/user requirements. Sabre88 personnel will also collect, merge, research, update, integrate, and migrate data.

Sabre88 Visits White House

White HouseToday Sabre88 CEO visited the White House for a briefing on current policy actions and specifically a discussion on issues facing small business. The discussion was attended by constituencies around the country and was hosted by the Office of Public Engagement. Valerie Jarret the President’s Senior Advisor presented closing remarks.

During the discussion SBA representatives presented the President’s vision for the future and actions taken to support small businesses. Some of those actions include, holding agencies to their small business contracting goals, access to capital and tax break incentives. SBA policy representive David Chait expressed his concern with agencies not meeting their goals and stated that the SBA is looking into ways to take punitive action with more teeth.
